Local Tax Incentives
Pickaway County has a variety of local tax incentives for businesses looking to relocate or expand in Pickaway County. We currently have 3 Enterprise Zones (EZ) located throughout the county, a Community Reinvestment Area in Harrison and Madison Townships located in the northeastern part of the County, and the City of Circleville has established an Economic Growth Initiative that consists of 2 different tax incentive programs for businesses either looking to relocate or expand in the City of Circleville.

Being a part of the Columbus MSA, Pickaway Progress Partnership has developed a strong relationship with various Ohio agencies to assist businesses with state incentives for relocating or expanding their operations in Pickaway County.
